ADA/Accessibility Information

Virginia Energy Sense operates under the guidance of the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC). The SCC’s ADA policy applies to SCC-affiliated programs, including Virginia Energy Sense.

Notice under the ADA: In accordance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), the SCC will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities in its services, programs, or activities. The SCC will provide appropriate auxiliary aids and services and make reasonable modifications to policies and procedures to ensure effective communication and equal participation.

Requests for accommodation or effective communication: If you require an auxiliary aid or service, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program provided by Virginia Energy Sense, please contact the SCC ADA Coordinator as soon as possible at email ADA@scc.virginia.gov or call 804-371-9141.
